Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions for putting animals into circulation and defines the method of inspection of consignments of animals before loading. This text further determines the form of related animal health certificates (given in the attached Annex), among the necessary contents and manner for keeping records of issued animal health certificates object of this Regulation. Specific conditions for putting animals into circulation are laid down in article 3.
