Regulation on the conditions, procedure and manner for determining the amount of compensation and on the required documentation for obtaining the compensation for damage caused by harmful organisms from List IA part I, List IA part II, List IB and List IIB.

This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary conditions, procedure and method for determining the exact amount of compensation (for plant producers, producers of plant products) for the damage occurred by the presence of plant hosted/transmitted harmful organisms/pests on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including the administrative issues related to the necessary documentation to be submitted (this text regards the harmful organisms from official lists of harmful organisms stipulated by the competent Ministry).
