This Regulation prescribes the conditions regarding the facilities and appropriate equipment that must be met by breeding organizations and organizations with special authorizations, as well as the conditions regarding the professional staff that must be met by organizations with such special authorizations. The Center for Animal Reproduction and Artificial Insemination must meet the requirements in terms of facilities and equipment prescribed by a special regulation on conditions regarding facilities, equipment and staff qualification.
Facilities closely regulated by this text are as follows: 1) Center for Animal Reproduction and Artificial Insemination; 2) Test stations; 3) Laboratory for testing the quality of raw milk; 4) Laboratory for molecular genetic tests; 5) Organizations for collection, obtaining and transplantation of embryos; 6) Center for selection of queen bees; 7) Incubator stations; 8) Breeding farm of queen fish, juveniles and fertilized eggs; 9) Distribution centers trading with reproductive material.
