Regulation on conditions for shipments for which no import and transit authorization is required.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions for shipments for which no import and transit authorization or permit is required.
The import and transit authorization for consignments subject to veterinary-sanitary control at the border crossing, shall not be implemented for the following shipments: sterilized meat preserves and sterilized cans of fish and fishery products; mixed foods, other than those containing meat and meat products; processed pet food; pet food in cans; leathers/skin subjected to the complete treatment process; processed wool; hair; processed feathers; snails houses; melted wax. However, all these have to be accompanied with related standard international veterinary certificates issued in the country of origin.
