This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions and rules in terms of facilities (adequate capacity for the storage/stock and sale of plant protection products), equipment and professional qualifications of personnel to be met by all distributors and/or importers that are about to enter into the Register of distributors and importers of plant protection products.
