This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions in terms of facilities, equipment and trained personnel to be met by legal person or entrepreneur who registered in the Register of service providers in the field of plant health, depending on the type of services in the area plant health protection (services such as: laboratory analyzes and testing of plants, plant products and regulated objects, in order to determine the presence of harmful organisms; monitoring and predicting the occurrence of harmful organisms, development and movements of their populations, and determining optimal timeframes for their suppression; applied and other research in the field of plant health; education and providing advice and recommendations on harmful organisms and on their suppression; suppression of harmful organisms by applying disinfection, pest and rodent control, decontamination and other treatment procedures; issuance of plant passports).
