Regulation on the content of air quality plans.

This Regulation determines the contents of air quality plans adopted by the competent authorities of the Autonomous Province and/or the competent authority of the local self-government units, in order to achieve the established limit or target values and deadlines, in accordance with the national Air protection Law.
These plans shall contain a text part and related graphic display. The information and study basis on which the Plan is based is a mandatory annex to the Plan, which is not published but made available to the public. The textual part of the Plan contains the information as listed in article 3; the graphic presentation of the Plan is determined in article 5; and the documentation basis of the Plan is defined in article 6.
