Regulation on the content and form of the request for recognition of a variety of agricultural plant, as well as on the documentation attached to that request.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on the recognition of varieties of agricultural plants, determines the contents and provides for the form of the request for official recognition of varieties of agricultural plants. This text further lists the necessary documentation and indicates the requested information that shall be submitted among the administrative form. The procedure for recognition of a variety is initiated on the basis of a request for its recognition as an agricultural plant, which the owner of the variety, ie its authorized representative submits to the national ministry responsible for agriculture.
