Abstract
This Law prescribes various terms, conditions and procedures for the recognition of agricultural plant varieties, the entry of varieties of agricultural plants in the Register of Agricultural Plant Varieties, as well as maintenance of varieties of agricultural plants on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 51 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
