Regulation on the content and form of requests for entry in the Register of breeding organizations and organizations with special authorizations, as well as the content and manner of keeping of that register.

This Regulation prescribes the content and form of the request for entry into the Register of breeding organizations and organizations with special authorizations. This text further sets the content and manner for keeping and maintaining of such national Register. Entry in the Register is made on the basis of a request submitted by a legal entity to the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and upon a decision of the Minister responsible for agriculture, also in relation to the fulfillment of conditions for the performance of livestock activity on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
