Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on mining and geological research, specifies necessary contents and prescribes the manner of conducting the exchange of documents and related data and forms that have to be submitted (made during the implementation of procedures in connection with administrative procedures conducted within the Ministry of mining and energy or within the competent provincial body). These datasets shall be delivered electronically.
