Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the Register of producers of planting material of fruit trees, vines and hops.

The Register contains data on the company, enterprise, other legal entity and entrepreneur engaged in production, trade or import of above mentioned planting materials. For planting material production, trade and international trade activities, see related lists of data to be submitted as provided in article 3. The register is kept in the ministry in charge of agriculture in electronic form as a separate database. The producer of planting material is obliged to make any changes to the data report to the ministry within 15 days from the date of the change.
