Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the Register of producers of seeds, seedlings, mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms.

This Regulation prescribes necessary contents and manner for the keeping of Register of producers of seeds, seedlings, mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms, as in accordance with the provisions and obligations of the Serbian Law on seeds. This register contains data on the company, or enterprise, other legal entity and entrepreneur engaged in the production, trade or import of seeds, seedlings, mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms. This kind of register shall be kept in electronic form, as a single database, and it will be managed and held by the Ministry agriculture, forestry and water management.
