Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the register of protected natural assets.

This Regulation prescribes the content and manner of keeping the register of protected natural resources of the Republic of Serbia. The Register of protected natural resources is kept in the form of a register book based on data from the collection of documents kept in paper form. This Register is a public book, and it will be kept in both electronic and paper form.
This Register consists of four main sections or parts that contain: 1) list of protected areas; 2) the name of the act by which the protected species were placed under protection; 3) list of movable protected natural documents; 4) list of areas under previous protection. Entry and deletion of a protected natural asset from the register shall be made no later than 30 days from the day of delivery of the relevant act.
