Regulation on the content and manner of keeping the register of seed processors, seed records, destruction of seed waste and on the notification of seed quantities.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed contents and proper manner of keeping the Serbian Register of seed processors. This text defines the content, form and manner of keeping records on the quantity of taken natural and processed seeds; records on the manner of destruction of waste generated by processing seeds of small-seeded legumes, as well as waste containing seeds of parasitic plants, weeds and seeds infected with quarantine harmful organisms and the manner of reporting the quantities of harvested or processed seeds. The register is kept in the ministry responsible for agricultural affairs, in electronic form as a single database.
