Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribes the necessary contents and manner of handling/submitting the documentation for the assessment/evaluation of plant protection products, including various plant protection product test methods.
This text also refers to many international agreements (listed in the article 2) related to the practices and needs when transporting/dealing/sampling/analyzing of plant protection products/pesticides.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
