Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary contents of the declaration and of the guidelines for the concrete physical application of plant protection products.
This Regulation further provides various specific requirements for risk ratings and warnings (for humans and environment) to be exposed/printed on the packaging of such substances, including the manner for handling with empty/used containers that were containing plant protection products/pesticides.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
