Regulation on the content, form and manner of submitting the annual operational plan and annual business report.

This Regulation prescribes the content, form and manner of submitting the annual operational plan and annual report on the operations of operators, who perform exploitation of mineral resources in the appropriate exploitation field or mineral deposit. This submitting obligation is for: 1) carriers of exploitation who perform exploitation of all types of solid mineral raw materials; 2) exploitation carriers that perform exploitation of oil, gas and groundwater from which useful mineral raw materials and geothermal energy are obtained, as well as groundwater related to mining technology and gases that occur in the same.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing Annex 1-Annual operational plan of exploitation operators who perform exploitation of all types of solid mineral raw materials, per deposit for the current calendar year; Annex 2-Annual operational plan of exploitation operators performing oil, gas and groundwater exploitation by exploitation field for the current calendar year; Annex 3-Form GIP No. 1-Annual report on operations of exploitation operators who perform exploitation of all types of solid mineral raw materials, per deposit for the previous calendar year; Annex 4-Form GIP No. 2-Annual report on operations of exploitation operators exploiting oil, gas and groundwater by exploitation field for the previous year; Annex 5-Form GIP No. 3-Data on the circumstances of each major marine accident outside the territory of the European Union, which includes carriers engaged in the exploitation and/or exploration of oil and gas outside the territory of the European Union and registered in the Republic of Serbia).
