Regulation on the content, manner of keeping and appearance of the Register of issued waste management permits.

This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on waste management, determines and provides for necessary contents, and sets the manner for keeping of the Register of issued waste management permits. This particular register is kept as a public book. Deletion of data from the Register is performed if the license is revoked. Entry and deletion of data from the Register shall be performed no later than 30 days from the day of submission of the relevant act. All types of entries, corrections and deletions from the Register are performed and certified by the signature of the person authorized to keep the Register.
