Regulation on contents and appearance of the waste management permit.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Serbian Law on waste management, determines the necessary contents, technical indications for its fulfillment, and defines the appearance of the waste management permit. All these contents and related appearance of waste management permits are laid down in the Annex which is part of this publication. This type of permit is necessary for the performance of related waste management tasks by authorized operators engaged in that sector on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. Treatment, storage, reuse/recycle and disposal of non-hazardous and/or hazardous waste are all subject to this kind of permit.
