Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the contents of short-term action plans, as for the meanings of the Serbian Air protection Law.
The short-term action plan shall contain the following: 1) data on the location (area) of increased pollution; 2) basic characteristics and information on the zone or agglomeration; 3) data on the type and degree of pollution; 4) air quality condition; 5) impacts of activities of importance for planning and data on pollution sources; 6) analysis of the situation and factors that influenced the occurrence of excessive pollution; 7) specific measures for short-term reduction such excessive pollution phases, including deadlines for their implementation, as well as specific activities intended for the protection of vulnerable groups of the population, especially children; 8) details on planned measures, among deadlines for their implementation; 9) basic conditions and preconditions for realization of planned measures and activities; 10) indications on entities or bodies and organizations responsible for the implementation and realization of such air-quality improvement and air pollution reduction national short-term action plans; 11) tables and appendices, list of documents and publications on which the stated plan is based. The designated competent authority is obliged to determine specific measures in short-term action plans in case there is a danger that the levels of pollutants in fresh air exceed one or more concentrations dangerous to human health or when there is a danger to exceed the concentration of ground-level ozone that is also dangerous to health and environment. The short-term action plan consists of a text part, a tabular part and, if necessary, additional plans or other plan references and maps or cartographic parts. Article 5 list the possible specific measures aimed at the reduction of air pollution.
