This Regulation prescribes the contents of the study on conditions of exploitation of groundwater or hydrogeothermal resources, ie petrogeothermal resources, as well as the conditions and manner of performing technical control of such studies. The study on conditions of exploitation of groundwater or hydrogeothermal resources, or petrogeothermal resources contains: 1) general data on the study; 2) textual part; 3) graphic attachments; 4) documentation material. General data on the study of conditions of exploitation of groundwater or hydrogeothermal resources, or petrogeothermal resources shall contain relevant elements as listed in article 3.
