Regulation on control of seed production, content and manner of keeping records on production of seedlings of agricultural plants and form of report on production of mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms.

This Regulation prescribes and provides for: the category of seeds up to which it is allowed to multiply seeds for certain types of agricultural plants; manner and procedure of performing control over the seed production, application form for production control, form of minutes on control during the production process, form of certificate on recognition of seed crop content and manner of keeping records on recognition of seed crop; content, form and manner of keeping records on the production of seedlings of agricultural plants and on quantity of produced seedlings, as well as the report form on the quantity of produced seedlings and the report form on production and quantity of edible and medicinal mushrooms.
Control of seed production is performed by inspections which shall determine the: type, variety, category and origin of used seed, pre-sowing of seed crop, applied agro-technical measures, spatial isolation of seed crop, weeding, general condition and development of crops, varietal purity, quantity of produced natural seed and assessment yield of processed seed and number of inspections for individual types of each seed crops.
