Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with terms of the Serbian Air protection Law, determines the criteria and sets out the manner of approving of programmes and projects that are implemented within the Clean Development Mechanism within the Kyoto Protocol. The criteria are divided into areas and indicators in accordance with the national indicators of sustainable development (Strategy for Sustainable Development of the Republic of Serbia).
Article 3 lists the necessary documentation that has to be submitted. The letter of approval, in accordance with the requirements of the Kyoto Protocol, contains the elements listed in article10.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing the sustainable development criteria and tables/lists of national Clean Development Mechanism indicators).
