Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary criteria for the return of agricultural and forest land owned by the Republic of Serbia in areas of cadastral municipalities in which the after the procedure of confiscation, land consolidation and land arondation were performed. The Agricultural Land Administration is in charge of related actions, data delivery and administrative procedures.
This text also provides for criteria to be used when determining the surface of related land parcels that shall not be returned in the procedure of the return of confiscated properties.
