This Regulation establishes the official criteria for determining what can be used as packaging, with examples for the application of the criteria and the list of Serbian standards related to the basic requirements that packaging must meet for its entry/approval on the market.
This Regulation transposes the provisions and standards also contained in the Directive on Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive (94/62 EC).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
