Abstract
This Law provides complete measures for: protection of the environment and nature from pollution caused by waste packaging; management of packaging waste; monitoring; economic instruments used for sustainable packaging control and packaging waste control; recycling and reuse; labelling of packages.
Packaging waste has to respect a full set of rules in order to be admitted on the free market.
The rules of this Law apply to imported packaging material, homemade packaging material, and all industrial or commercial packaging waste on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
