Regulation on detailed conditions that must be met by professional organization that issues labels, on the size of individual packages of seeds and on records on issued labels.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions that must be met by all professional organizations engaged in issuing labels; the size of individual packages of seeds depending on the type of agricultural plants; as well as the content, form and manner of keeping records on issued labels. The professional organization that issues seed labels must meet the requirements in terms of professional staff, space, devices and equipment as here specified. The professional organization meets the requirements in terms of professional staff if there is at least one employed graduate engineer of the agricultural profession (field of agriculture, vegetable or plant protection).
