Regulation determining the Annual Program of post-registration control of plant protection products for the year 2024.

This Regulation here determines the Annual Program for post-registration control of plant protection products for the year 2024, which is part of this text. The Annual Program includes the examination of residues of plant protection products in plants, i.e. on plants, plant products, certain deriving materials or objects and food of plant and animal origin. By examining food samples of plant and animal origin for the presence and level of residues of plant protection agents within the Annual Program, control of the application of plant protection agents is ensured. The program contains: sampling plan, type and number of samples, method of sampling and testing, objects from which samples are taken, dynamics of sampling, as well as measures taken when it is determined that are residues of plant protection products greater than the prescribed maximum permitted amounts.
