Regulation determining areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture.

Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the areas with difficult working conditions in agriculture, for a period of three years (full list of areas provided in the Annex which is part of this publication). The status of the area with difficult working conditions in agriculture, in accordance with this Regulation, has a settlement on the territory of the municipality, or city or the entire territory of the municipality, or all settlements on the territory of the municipality that meet at least one of the following criteria, namely: 1) they are located in mountainous areas at an average altitude of 500 m and over 500 m, according to the data of the Republic Geodetic Authority; 2) are located within the boundaries of the national park area determined by the Law on national parks; 3) are located in devastated areas in accordance with the Decree on establishing a single list of development of the region and local self-government units for 2014.
