Abstract
This Regulation hereby determines the necessary measures for early detection, prevention of spread, suppression and effective eradication/extinction of the infectious diseases called Avian influenza (present and transmitted in poultry, birds, pigs, and other animal species and wild birds), including the manner for the concrete implementation of the above mentioned rules.
The rules here stipulated are also aimed to determine the criteria for establishing of boundaries of infected and endangered areas.
