Regulation determining the Program of Plant Health Protection Measures for 2024.

This Regulation establishes the Programme of Plant Health Protection Measures for the year 2024, which is here attached.
In order to prevent the appearance, introduction, spread and suppression of harmful organisms on plants, a special monitoring of harmful organisms is carried out, prescribed by this program, which is carried out in a fixed period of time, in order to detect harmful organisms or to determine the peculiarities of their population or to determine the border of the area in which they are present or absent. Special supervision over harmful organisms is carried out by all authorized agricultural professional services on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, for the area for which they are authorized, by legal entities that perform laboratory and related professional activities, Directorate for National Reference Laboratories and phytosanitary inspection. The means for monitoring the presence of harmful organisms (inspection, sampling, monitoring by means of traps, laboratory testing, transport of samples, quarantine area) prescribed by this program are provided by the Law governing the budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2024.
