Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant health, establishes the Programme of plant health protection measures for the year 2022, which is part of this publication. This Programme determines specific plant health protection measures (prescribed in order to prevent the appearance, introduction, spread and suppression of harmful organisms on plants), deadlines, method of implementing such measures, entities that will implement them, sources and method of providing and using of related funds, as well as the method of controlling the implementation of designated measures.
