Regulation determining the Programme of Plant Health Protection Measures for 2023.

This Regulation establishes the Programme of Plant Health Protection Measures for the year 2023, which is part of this publication. Specific plant health protection measures, deadlines, methods of implementing the measures, entities that will implement them, sources and methods of providing and using funds, as well as the method of controlling the implementation of the measures are all determined by this Programme. The scope is to prevent the appearance, introduction, spread and suppression of harmful organisms on plants, a special monitoring of harmful organisms which is carried out in a fixed period of time, in order to detect harmful organisms or to determine the peculiarities of their population or to determine the border of the area in which they are present or absent.
