Abstract
This Regulation hereby establishes the official contents of the Programme of plant health protection measures for the year 2016, which an integral part of this text.
The rules prescribed by the above mentioned Programme are related to the specific measures aimed to protect the plant health on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, including various administrative and technical deadlines, manner of implementation of specific measures, and monitoring/control issues.
This Regulation also stipulates special provisions against the spread of Xylella fastidiosa (paragraph 15 of the Programme).
