Abstract
This Regulation, as granted by the provisions of the national Air protection Law, determines the zones and agglomerations on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, in order to control, maintain the current conditions and/or to improve the air quality in general.
Three different zones are determined in article 2, as follows: Zone (1) "Serbia", which includes the territory of the Republic of Serbia except the territories of its autonomous provinces (including the city of Belgrade, the city of Nis, the municipality of Bor, the city of Uzice, the city of Smederevo and the municipality of Kosjeric); Zone (2) "Vojvodina", which includes the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina except the territory of the city of Novi Sad and the city of Pancevo; Zone (3) "Kosovo and Metohija", which includes the territory of the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija.
In article 3 a total of eight denominated agglomerations is listed: agglomeration "Belgrade", which includes the territory of the city of Belgrade; agglomeration "Novi Sad", which includes the territory of the city of Novi Sad; agglomeration "Nis", which includes the territory of the city of Nis; agglomeration "Bor", which includes the territory of the municipality of Bor; agglomeration "Uzice", which includes the territory of the city of Uzice; agglomeration "Kosjerić", which includes the territory of the municipality of Kosjerić; agglomeration "Smederevo", which includes the territory of the city of Smederevo; and agglomeration "Pancevo", which includes the territory of the city of Pancevo.
