Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the budget for the year 2021 (amount of funds), and indicates the types and maximum amounts of incentives in agriculture and rural development. These funds shall be allocated to the following programme activities/projects: 1) direct payments; 2) rural development measures; 3) credit support in agriculture; 4) special incentives; 5) IPARD (Instrument for Pre-Accession in Rural Development of the European Union) incentives.

Entry into force notes
