Regulation on documentation to be submitted in the procedure of recognizing the registration of plant protection products on the basis of registrations made in another country.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, prescribes the documentation to be submitted in the procedure of recognition of the registration of plant protection products on the basis of the registration made in another country. In the process of recognizing the registration of plant protection products on the basis of registration made in another country, among the administrative request, it is necessary to submit the documentation as listed in article 2. A specific plant protection agent registered in the recognition procedure, may be registered under a different trade name from the name originally inscribed in the reference country. Article 3 lists the exceptions and applications where this Regulation is not applied.
