Regulation on documentation submitted among the request for amendment or supplement to the decision on registration of plant protection products.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on plant protection products, determines the documentation that shall be submitted with the request for amendment, i.e. supplementation of the decision on registration of plant protection products. Along with the request for change, i.e. amendment of the decision on registration of plant protection product regarding the change of the content of active substance or other substances that affect the change of physical, chemical and technical properties, the applicant has to submit an official report on testing of physical and chemical properties, with the latest specifications of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) for a particular formulation of plant protection product in a laboratory that complies with good laboratory practice or that is accredited in accordance with standards that are also here indicated.
