Regulation on entry in the register of agricultural holdings and renewal of registration, as well as on conditions for the status of passive agricultural holdings.

This Regulation prescribes the conditions and manner of registration and keeping of the related Register of agricultural holdings; provides for the application form for registration and renewal of registration for all Serbian agricultural holdings, including forms of attachments (see Annex), documentation, also for the purpose of renewal of such registrations. This text further defines the conditions for obtaining agricultural holding passive status. Small holdings under 0,5 hectares are also considered for this kind of registration, if performing livestock, viticultural or vegetable production (greenhouses and hothouses), other forms of agricultural production (fish farming, growing mushrooms, snails, bees, etc.), processing agricultural products, other non-agricultural activities (rural tourism, old crafts, etc). The entry of an agricultural holding in this Register is on a voluntary basis (article 5).
