Regulation on registration in the Register of agricultural holdings, data changes and renewal of registration, electronic processing, as well as on conditions for passive status of agricultural holdings.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and conditions for registration and management of the Register of Agricultural Holdings, the conditions and manner of changing data in the Register and renewal of registration, the method of data storage that is entered in the Register, the electronic form in which submissions and attachments are submitted. This text also defines issues regarding the decisions made during procedures of registration in the Register, renewal of registration, changes of data entered in the Register and deletion from the Register, the way of providing support to registration subjects in the Register in connection with electronic processing, the request form for the registration of agricultural holdings in the Register, the request form for the renewal of registration, attachment forms and documentation to be submitted with the request, as well as conditions for the passive status of the agricultural holding.
