Regulation on the essential characteristics and testing of newly created domestic varieties of gooseberries and hybrids that are morphologically similar to gooseberries, as well as on the processing of data on annual and final results obtained in the experimental field, ie in the laboratory.

This Regulation (as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on planting material of fruit trees, vines and hops) here determines detailed issues regarding the essential characteristics (use and production value criteria) of newly created domestic varieties of gooseberries (Ribes uva-crispa L.) and hybrids that are morphologically similar to gooseberries, the duration of testing of the candidate variety and methods for testing over such variety, as well as processing data of annual and final results on field, and/or in laboratory tests.
The text is divided into six main Sections as follows: I. Introductory provision; II. Essential characteristics of the candidate variety; III. Test duration; IV. Methods of examination of candidate varieties; V. Processing of data of annual and final results obtained in the experimental field, or in the laboratory; VI. Final provision.
