Abstract
This Regulation establishes various measures for the early detection, diagnosis, prevention of spreading, suppression, vaccination and eradication of infectious disease called the bluetongue disease, including the necessary methods for the correct implementation of such provisions.
This Regulation further provides for the rules aimed to determine the boundaries of the protection zone and of the surveillance zone (zoning).
