Regulation establishing the Programme of measures for the protection of plant health in 2019.

This Regulation establishes the Serbian Programme of measures for the protection of plant health for 2019. This Programme sets the specific measures for the protection of plant health, official deadlines, manner of implementation of necessary measures, entities that will implement them, sources and manner of securing and use of relative funds, as well as the manner of controlling the implementation of the established rules.
Main objective of this Programme is to prevent the appearance, introduction, spread and to suppress all recognized harmful organisms on plants, by implementing the following: permanent control of herbs through the official recording process; collecting and processing of data on the presence or absence of harmful organisms based on phytosanitary surveillance, monitoring and checking of health status or other procedures and on the basis of all other available sources; special control of harmful organisms, which is carried out for a specified period of time.
