Abstract
This Programme is elaborated in order to grant food safety to all food and foodstuff of animal origin that is produced on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, and shall be implemented in facilities for the: production of food of animal origin; storage and distribution of food of animal origin; retail sale of products of animal origin.
These monitoring tasks shall also include food of animal origin imported into the territory of the Republic of Serbia, as: mechanically separated meat; milk powder and whey powder; egg products (in liquid form only); fish; fish products, unspecified-cooked; gelatin and collagen.
