Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms of the official Programme (food safety monitoring, presence/level of contaminants, chemical residues, microbiological status and many other criteria) for monitoring over the safety of food of animal origin (on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and related to the new rules for 2017).
The complete text of the above mentioned Programme is an integral part of this publication.
