Abstract
This Regulation here establishes the Annual program for post-registration control of plant protection products for the year 2023, which is attached in the Annex of this text. This program regards testing samples of food of plant and animal origin for the presence and level of plant protection product residues. The Annual program contains: a sampling plan, the type and number of samples, the method of sampling and testing, the facilities from which the sample is taken, the dynamics of sampling, as well as measures to be taken when it is determined that residues of plant protection products exceed the prescribed maximum permitted quantities.
