Regulation on the establishment of the Food Safety Monitoring Programme for plant and mixed origin foods for 2020.

This Regulation determines the Food Safety Monitoring Programme for plant and mixed origin foods for the year 2020, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Food Safety Law. The full text of the Programme is part of this publication. The Monitoring Programme includes: 1) necessary funds for financing; 2) measures to be taken in case of microbiological and chemical hazards; 3) structure of bodies and organizations for implementation of the terms established by the Monitoring Programme; 4) other parameters of importance for the implementation, as follows: (1) the objectives of the implementation of the Monitoring Programme; (2) Plan for monitoring food of plant and mixed origin, which determines the sampling for microbiological and chemical testing; (3) sampling, marking, packaging, storage and transport of samples; (4) testing of samples in the laboratory; (5) reporting.
