Abstract
This Regulation here establishes the National Body for the Implementation of Clean Development Mechanism Projects.
The task of the National Body is to: verify the compliance of Clean Development Mechanism programmes and projects with the provisions of the Kyoto Protocol, also in relation to national indicators of sustainable development and conditions for submission and approval of Clean Development Mechanism projects and regulations of the Republic of Serbia; perform technical verification and approve programs and projects carried out within the Clean Development Mechanism in accordance with the prescribed procedure and criteria in the form of a letter of approval/disapproval.
Members of the National Body shall be the representatives of the following national ministries: the ministry responsible for construction; the ministry in charge of energy, development and environmental protection; the ministry in charge of agriculture, forestry and water management; the ministry in charge of regional development; the ministry in charge of natural resources, mining and spatial planning; the ministry in charge of transport; the ministry in charge of finance and economy.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
