Regulation on fees for test on varieties of agricultural plants and on additional test fees.

This Regulation sets out the amounts of compensation to be paid to the state budget by the user or applicant for the performance of the official examination of the variety for the purpose of recognition of varieties of agricultural plants and for additional testing aimed at checking the production value of a specific plant variety of the territory of the Republic of Serbia. These compensation fees shall be determined by variety of the crop, or group of crops, per each year of related testing.
